We warmly welcome you to a resource for positive change in your life. Family Therapy of Albuquerque (FTA) is a non-profit Christian ministry devoted to healing, growth and renewal in people and in their relationships.

FTA provides counseling, psychiatric, consulting, and educational services (such as workshops and seminars). We specialize in providing these services from a Christian, Biblical frame of reference. However, we consider it a privilege and a pleasure to also offer our services to those who do not identify with the Christian faith.

FTA offers individual, couple, and family therapy for adults, adolescents, and children. Because we have a large clinical staff, we are able to competently treat a wide variety of presenting problems and issues.

We consider it a privilege to join with you in your desire for change. We approach every person whom we serve as a treasured individual and every situation they bring as a unique opportunity for positive change. We have great respect for people, for the difficulties in their lives, and for the challenge of dealing with the symptoms people experience in response to life’s difficulties.

It is our hope that Christian individuals who are experiencing the challenges of life will find that our services help them resolve their struggles within the context of their faith. More importantly, we are devoted to helping Christians become more like Christ as a result of their struggles.

It is our hope that those who do not identify themselves as Christians will experience our commitment to provide clinically excellent services for all whom we serve, regardless of their beliefs, without imposing our own beliefs.
